I see my role as a Coach and Yoga Teacher as being a SPACE HOLDER. I am here to support you in uncovering and unpacking the stories and beliefs that you have about yourself, so that you may increase your awareness of how your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions determine your behaviors.

 

As a Coach, I offer compassionate listening, reflections, and inquiry so that you can hear and heal yourself, grow and realize your dreams. Both as a Coach and Teacher, I bring a playful, empathetic, humorous and passionate presence.

 

I firmly believe that YOU are the EXPERT. You determine your BIG VISION, your NEEDS and WANTS and YOU have all the CONTROL and POWER to change your HEALTH DESTINY. I want to walk with you on your path to OPTIMAL WELL-BEING.
